Arco Cafe isn't a chain and it isn't a concept — it's a family kitchen. Our owners are siblings from Nuoro, Sardinia, and every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the flavors and traditions of their island. When you join our team, you become part of that story.
We make our pasta by hand. We bake our focaccia fresh every morning. We treat every guest like they're sitting down at our family table. Keep our kitchen running smoothly — clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout service. You'll be an essential part of a team that takes pride in a clean, organized workspace. No prior experience needed — just a reliable, hardworking attitude and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Run the bar at Arco Cafe — mix cocktails, pour wines from our Sardinian-focused list, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar and throughout the dining room.
