Arco Cafe isn't a chain and it isn't a concept — it's a family kitchen. Our owners are siblings from Nuoro, Sardinia, and every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the flavors and traditions of their island. When you join our team, you become part of that story.
We make our pasta by hand. We bake our focaccia fresh every morning. We treat every guest like they're sitting down at our family table. No prior experience is required for any of our roles — what matters most is a good attitude, a team-first mindset, and an eagerness to learn. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Keep our kitchen running smoothly — clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout service. No experience needed.
$18.00 – $20.00 / hour
Prepare the ingredients that make our Sardinian kitchen special — vegetables, sauces, and fresh components for service. No experience needed.
$14.00 – $18.00 / hour + tips
Run the bar — mix cocktails, pour wines from our Sardinian-focused list, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. No experience needed.
$18.00 – $23.00 / hour
Work the line in our scratch Sardinian kitchen — plate homemade pasta, fresh focaccia, and traditional entrées to order. No experience needed.
$11.35 – $15.00 / hour + tips
Be the face of Arco Cafe — welcome guests, guide them through our Sardinian menu, and create a warm, memorable dining experience. No experience needed.
