About This Position
Run the bar at Arco Cafe, a family-run Sardinian restaurant on the Upper West Side. Mix cocktails, pour wines from our Sardinian-focused list, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar and throughout the dining room.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
- Guide guests through our wine list with warmth and knowledge
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized
- Support the dining room team during busy service
What we're looking for
- Personable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in Italian wines and classic cocktails — we'll train you on our list
- Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol in New York State
- No prior bartending experience needed
