Sardinian cuisine comes from the island of Sardinia, off the west coast of Italy. It's known for pasta shapes like malloreddus and fregula, fresh seafood, roasted meats, pecorino cheese, and unique desserts like sebada — fried pastry filled with cheese and drizzled with honey. At Arco Cafe, our fresh pasta is made in-house daily, and our focaccia is freshly baked throughout the day.

Yes. Our fresh pasta is made from scratch in our kitchen every morning — nine shapes, from malloreddus and fregula to pappardelle and ricotta cavatelli — with organic durum wheat semola. We also sell the same fresh pasta to take home through our Pasta Fresca retail menu.

Yes. A gluten-free pasta is available on request. It is the one pasta on our menu that we do not make ourselves, and because every pasta is cooked in the same kitchen we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. Please tell us about any allergy when you order.

Absolutely. We have vegetarian and vegan options, and our kitchen is happy to adapt dishes for allergies and dietary needs. Please let your server know when you're seated, or mention it when placing an online order, and we'll take care of you.

Yes. We have a full cocktail bar, an extensive wine list featuring Italian and Sardinian wines, and a selection of beers. Many guests don't realize we're a full-service bar — not just BYO.

Yes, we welcome you to bring your own wine. The corkage fee is $25 per bottle. You're also welcome to enjoy wine from our own list, or try one of our cocktails.
