Racconta la Nostra Storia
Sardinian cuisine is a story most of New York hasn't heard yet — the homemade pasta, the freshly baked focaccia, the flavors of an island with a culinary tradition all its own. We're looking for creators who want to share it.
L'Esperienza
We want every collaboration to feel like a real experience — unhurried, authentic, and personal. No scripts, no shot lists, no hashtag requirements. The details depend on the partnership, but it always starts with the food.
A Taste of Sardinia
An experience designed around our kitchen's best — the dishes, the ingredients, and the traditions that make Sardinian cuisine unlike anything else in New York.
Full Creative Freedom
We trust your voice and your eye. You know your audience — create content the way that feels right to you.
Shared With Credit
We may repost your content on our channels — always with proper credit and a tag back to your profile.
Cosa Cerchiamo
We're selective about partnerships because we want every collaboration to feel genuine — for you, for your audience, and for us.
NYC-Based Creators
Your audience lives here, eats here, and can walk through our door on Amsterdam Avenue. Local reach matters more than big numbers.
Engaged Community
We care about real engagement — comments, conversations, saves — more than follower count. An active, invested audience is what makes a partnership work.
Original Content Style
Whether it's photography, video, long-form writing, or short-form reels — we're drawn to creators with a distinctive point of view and consistent quality.
Genuine Curiosity
Sardinian cuisine is not what most people expect from an Italian restaurant. If the difference intrigues you — the island's traditions, the ingredients, the story — we'd love to talk.
Invia la Tua Richiesta

Restaurant Collaborations on the Upper West Side
Arco Cafe is a Sardinian restaurant at 886 Amsterdam Avenue, between 103rd and 104th Streets on the Upper West Side. We serve homemade pasta, freshly baked focaccia, and authentic dishes from the island of Sardinia — a cuisine that's distinct, full of tradition, and largely unfamiliar to New York diners. Our menu changes with the seasons, but the commitment to quality, family recipes, and warm hospitality stays constant.
We partner with NYC-based food and lifestyle creators who are curious about what makes Sardinian cuisine different, and who want to share that discovery with their audience. If you're interested in a collaboration, we'd love to hear from you. Read our story, explore the menu, and send us your inquiry above.
