About This Position
Keep our kitchen running smoothly at Arco Cafe, a family-run Sardinian restaurant on the Upper West Side. You'll clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout service, and you'll be an essential part of a team that takes pride in a clean, organized workspace.
What you'll do
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Help keep the kitchen clean and organized during and after service
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- No prior experience needed — we'll show you everything
