From the Cathedral to Our Door
The simplest way from the Cathedral of St. John the Divine to Arco Cafe is on foot. Step out of the west doors at 112th Street, turn south, and follow Amsterdam Avenue for about half a mile — roughly a ten-minute walk, the same avenue the whole way, no turns.

The nearest train to the Cathedral is the 110th Street stop — the 1 at Broadway, or the B and C at Central Park West — but at this distance the walk down Amsterdam is the simplest way to reach us. Coming from farther uptown or downtown, the 1 train to 103rd Street leaves you a block from our door.
