The Role
About This Position
Keep the dining room flowing at Arco Cafe, a family-run Sardinian restaurant on the Upper West Side. You'll clear and reset tables, keep water and bread coming, and support our servers so every guest feels looked after from the first seat to the last.
What you'll do
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests
- Refill water, deliver bread, and run food and drinks when needed
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
- Support servers and the kitchen team throughout service
What we're looking for
- Quick, attentive, and comfortable on your feet through a busy service
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- No prior experience needed — we'll show you everything
